Die Position ist ideal für dich als Mid-Level-Fachkraft auf dem Weg zum Senior-Level. Mit starken kreativen und technischen Fachkenntnissen erweckst du Designs zum Leben und sorgst für verlässliche Performance und Accessibility auf allen Geräten. Du verwandelst die Visionen unserer Kunden in schöne, funktionale Web-Erlebnisse

Aufgaben
  • Responsive Websites in Webflow entwerfen und entwickeln, die sowohl den Kundenvorgaben als auch den Branchenstandards entsprechen
  • Visuelle Designs in Webseiten mit Webflow als CMS umsetzen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren UX/UI- und Digitaldesign-Teams, Integration und Verbesserung von Design-Directions in Webflow und Figma
  • Websiten hinsichtlich Leistung, Skalierbarkeit und geräteübergreifender Kompatibilität optimieren
  • Implementieren von Updates und neuen Funktionen zur Verbesserung der Benutzerfreundlichkeit oder nach Feedback
Qualifikation
  • Du beherrschst Webflow mit einem tiefem Verständnis seiner Oberfläche, seiner Möglichkeiten und Grenzen
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Webdesign und -entwicklung, ein starkes Portfolio mit Schwerpunkt auf Webflow-Projekten
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von Figma oder anderen Design-Tools für Web-Designs, die in Webflow implementiert werden können
  • Solide Kenntnisse in HTML und CSS sowie Grundkenntnisse in JavaScript, um Webflow-Projekte anzupassen und zu erweitern
  • Erfahrung mit responsiven Designprinzipien, damit die Websites einwandfrei auf verschiedenen Geräten und Bildschirmgrößen funktionieren
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management von Website-Projekten vom Konzept bis zur Fertigstellung, einschließlich Kundeninteraktion, Design-Iteration und endgültiger Bereitstellung
  • Einschlägige Zertifizierungen in Webflow, UX/UI-Design oder Front-End-Entwicklung sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit SEO-Best-Practices und der Integration von Anwendungen oder Plugins von Drittanbietern in Webflow ist ein Plus
