You join our Entrepreneur in Residence program (6–12 months). Recruit and motivate your team from your own and Vicoland’s networks. Develop clients hand in hand with Vicoland’s sales team. Establish playbooks as standards in your Vico for scaling SAP delivery models. Position yourself as thought leader (content, events, community). Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to grow beyond your current horizon as employee. SAP expertise: Deep technical competence in at least one SAP domain. Leadership experience: Proven track record in leading teams/projects. Network power: Existing client and talent connections are a plus. High-potential profile: Strong academic record, fast career progression and proven impact in consulting or system integration. Growth hunger: Strong drive to build something scalable.
