It provides in-depth coverage of markets, technology, and product developments. Hosting events since 2014, pv magazine has also an established and successful international hybrid and virtual events presence. pv magazine Events covers the flagship event series pv magazine Roundtables, as well as pv magazine Insights and pv magazine Awards. The events program also involves the product launch platform pv magazine Spotlights and our knowledge platform pv magazine Webinars.
TasksBased in Berlin, pv magazine is looking for a Customer Management Manager (m/f/x) to support the International Sales team. Your focus will be the support of our print and online advertisement placements, ad and event sponsorship invoicing and activities relating to the pv magazine webshop. In this position, you will work with different departments and will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
As a Customer Management Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for order entry, review and disposition of print and banner advertisements, preparation of invoices and payment reminders
- Communicate with international clients with advertising materials
- Follow up media partnerships
- Provide support to Marketing, Sales, Editorial teams and Event team
- General office administration, Webshop administration, issuing invoices, customer email support
Your profile:
- You hold a BA or Master degree
- You are an organized, flexible and confident person with a hands-on mentality and attention to details
- You are fluent in both English and German
- You are proficient with the MS-Office suite
- You have an affinity for learning new technologies (Mailchimp, WordPress) Knowledge of Salesforce preferable
