Für unser Tochterunternehmen, die S&G Energy Group GmbH, suchen wir einen Head of Project Management and Project Controlling.

Die S&G Energy Group GmbH ist ein internationaler Anbieter von Energielösungen, der sich auf grüne und nachhaltige Energie spezialisiert hat. Als dezentraler Energieversorger (IPP) fokussieren wir uns auf B2B Energieproduktion und –vertrieb in der Industrie.
Das renommierte Management Team besteht aus führenden Energie- und Finanzexperten und verfügt über umfassende und langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, der Finanzierung und dem Bau von Clean Energy Projekten sowie in der Wartung und dem Betrieb der daraus resultierenden Energiesysteme.

Dank jahrelanger Erfahrung mit Großprojekten und der gebündelten Fachkompetenz sind wir in der Lage, in diesem anspruchsvollen Ökosystem einen erfolgreichen Projektablauf zu gewährleisten.

Unser Fokus liegt in den Bereichen Solarenergie. Dabei agieren wir als Asset Manager, der die Fähigkeiten und Ressourcen verschiedener Dienstleister in dieser Industrie bündelt.

Aufgaben
  • Leitung des Projektcontrolling-Teams und Sicherstellung einer effektiven Ressourcenplanung und -allokation.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Controlling-Strategien und -Prozessen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budgets, Zeitplänen und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Projektbudgets, Kostenverlauf und Finanzkennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung.
  • Erstellung von umfassenden Dashboards, Berichten und Analysen zur Unterstützung des Managements bei Entscheidungsfindungen.
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung entsprechender Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Projektziele zu definieren, zu Überwachen und zu erreichen.
  • Teilnahme an strategischen Planungsprozessen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Unternehmenszielen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien.
  • Überwachung und Koordination verschiedener Projekte im Bereich Solar und Photovoltaik.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dashboards und Reportings zur Projektverfolgung und Leistungsanalyse.
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung von entsprechenden Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung.
  • Tracking des Projektfortschritts und Identifizierung von Abweichungen von den geplanten Zielen.
  • Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, um Projektziele und -anforderungen zu verstehen und zu erfüllen.
  • Einsatz von Projektmanagement-Tools wie Asana zur effektiven Organisation und Durchführung von Projekten.
  • Identifizierung von Best Practices und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools im Bereich Projektcontrolling.
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Implementierung von Softwarelösungen zur Optimierung des Projektcontrollings und der Durchführung.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energie- oder Umweltmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich erneuerbare Energien oder Solar- und Photovoltaikprojekte.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden sowie einschlägige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projektteams.
  • Exzellente Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Tools wie Asana oder vergleichbaren Softwarelösungen.
  • Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeiten, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und fundierte Entscheidungen abzuleiten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen.
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit langfristige Ziele zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
