Full Stack Engineer

At notus, we help B2B founders & executives build sustainable content engines and leverage the best marketing asset there is - people. (aka personal brands) Over the past 5 years, we've worked with 9-figure entrepreneurs like Noah Kagan and Jesse Pujji, to executives of billion-dollar companies like Swisscom and Rhomberg. Now we're at an inflection point. We've proven our done-for-you service model works after growing to 200k MRR as of October '25. But to scale what we've built and launch new products, we need to expand our technical capacity. That's why we're hiring a dedicated full-stack engineer. Tasks As our Full Stack Engineer, you'll be building the technical infrastructure that powers our content operations. You'll work on a mix of client-facing products and internal tools, deployed flexibly based on company priorities. Some weeks you might be shipping a new feature for clients. Other weeks you'll be building internal analytics infrastructure or optimizing our AI pipelines. The work includes: Working with JavaScript and TypeScript, and frameworks such as React and Next.js Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows Creating intuitive interfaces (content calendars, idea generation, analytics dashboards) Working with our existing data layer (PostgreSQL/Supabase, performance analytics, content databases) Shipping fast, iterating based on real user feedback, and maintaining quality standards You'll collaborate with our Fractional CPO (Bernie) on technical architecture and report to our Head of Content (Max), who owns product direction. Requirements Technical Requirements: 2-3+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in startup environment Strong Javascript/TypeScript skills Solid understanding of relational databases Prior experience working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and AI-powered products Experience with RESTful API integration and authentication patterns Comfortable using vibe coding to prototype fast, but also know when to prioritize clean architecture and reliability over speed Nice-to-Haves: Python basics for ML model integration Experience building content tools, creator tools, or marketing tech What we HIGHLY value You have hobby projects that you've shipped (ideally content-related tools) You ask the right questions when requirements are incomplete You're comfortable with evolving specs & ambiguity You know how to move fast & execute on tight timelines You think in terms of problems to solve, not just features to build Benefits Compensation & Structure: €4,000-5,000/month starting salary Full-time position, 100% remote CET timezone preferred, but not required 4-week paid trial period to ensure mutual fit Why work at notus: Shape product decisions and see your work go live immediately Collaborate directly with the leadership team Work in a fast-moving team Note: We're a young company.
