Wir sind eine spezialisierte Agentur für Weinmarken, die Performance-Marketing mit emotionalem Storytelling verbindet. Dafür suchen wir jemanden, der exzellentes Judgement für Kommunikation, Design und Wirkung mitbringt – und die Verantwortung für unsere Key Accounts übernimmt. Als Creative Director (Performance & Brand) bist du die kreative und strategische Leitfigur unserer Agentur – und zugleich die verantwortliche Person für unsere wichtigsten Kundenprojekte. Du führst ein kleines, starkes Team (Design, Copy, Performance) und sorgst dafür, dass Kampagnen markenstark, conversion-orientiert und sauber gemanagt sind. Du entscheidest, welche Ideen live gehen, entwickelst Offers und Kampagnenstrukturen, und stellst sicher, dass sie performen. Aufgaben Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Creative-Teams (3 Personen: Design, Copy, Performance) Projektmanagement und Kundenführung für unsere Key Accounts Entwicklung von Creative-Strategien, Offers und Messaging-Rahmen für Weinmarken Ableitung von Angeboten, Hooks und Value Propositions aus Marken- und Produktanalyse Sicherstellung, dass Kampagnen konzeptionell stimmig und performance-stark umgesetzt werden Laufende Review- und Feedback-Schleifen zu Creatives, Headlines, Ads, Landing Pages Übersetzung von Performance-Daten in konkrete Creative-Optimierungen Aufbau und Pflege von Creative-Testing-Prozessen und Best Practices Qualifikation 4–6+ Jahre Erfahrung in Performance-orientierter Kreativarbeit (z. B. Agentur, D2C, E-Commerce, Brand Studio) Starke Kombination aus kreativem Denken und analytischer Klarheit Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Kundenkontakt Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Entwicklung performanter Kampagnen und Offers Sicherer Umgang mit Meta Ads, Landing Pages, Conversion-Tests Führungserfahrung in kleinen, interdisziplinären Teams Fähigkeit, klare Entscheidungen zu treffen und Prioritäten zu setzen Interesse an Wein & Genusskultur ist ein Plus Benefits Direkter Einfluss auf Marken, Kampagnen und Umsatzentwicklung unserer Kunden Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, flache Hierarchien und viel Gestaltungsspielraum Ein Umfeld, in dem Kreativität und Performance gleich wichtig sind Ein Team, das Exzellenz über Lautstärke stellt Was dich auszeichnet: Judgement: Du erkennst, welche Idee Wirkung hat.
