Tasks What you'll do Translate business strategy into future-oriented, actionable processes, providing thought leadership and driving innovation in production planning and execution Define, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end Make-to-Inspect processes and strategies globally, ensuring alignment, consistency, and optimization Act as an expert for business processes in systems like SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder, designing process frameworks, governance structures, and KPIs for process management Develop and enhance state-of-the-art Make-to-Inspect processes (L4/L5) at Knauf, ensuring alignment with Fit-to-Standard best practices from SAP, Blue Yonder, and local SMEs Oversee requirements engineering for supply chain technology solutions, including data structure design, process documentation, and governance definition Requirements Who you are Hold a business-oriented degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent relevant experience in production planning and execution Demonstrate expertise in production planning and confirmation processes, with strong knowledge of SAP PP, MM, and S/4HANA; understanding of MES systems is a plus Possess excellent communication skills, workshop facilitation expertise, and a strong ability to solve problems and overcome barriers Bring extensive experience in leading Fit-to-Standard and Greenfield projects focused on SAP processes, implementation, and digital transformation Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel internationally and a passion for acquiring new skills Benefits What we offer you We all shape our lives individually.
