Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Supply Chain Management zur Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung sämtlicher logistischer Abläufe in einem dynamischen E-Commerce-Umfeld. Die Rolle umfasst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für nationale und internationale Transporte, Fulfillment-Management, Prozessoptimierung sowie Kosten- und KPI-Steuerung. Die Position berichtet direkt an den CEO und arbeitet eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen. Aufgaben Steuerung und Organisation von nationalen & internationalen Transporten (Spedition, Zoll, etc.) Management der Fulfillment-Center sowie Retouren- und Risikomanagement Verhandlung von Logistikverträgen und Versandkonditionen Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen durch Prozessverbesserungen, Automatisierung und Standardisierung Weiterentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung von SCM-Prozessen durch Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Einführung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen Verantwortung für interne Projekte, insbesondere Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung neuer Systeme und Tools Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Procurement, Produktmanagement, E-Commerce, Customer Success und Finance Überwachung und Analyse relevanter KPIs inkl. Reporting Analyse und Optimierung von Logistikkosten (z. B. Kosten pro Bestellung, pro Standort, Retourenquoten) Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Warenverfügbarkeit Qualifikation Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply-Chain- oder Logistikumfeld, idealerweise im E-Commerce-/FMCG-Start-up- oder Scale-up-Bereich Expertise im Zollmanagement sowie in der Steuerung internationaler Transporte Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessautomatisierung, Controlling und KPI-Reporting Erfahrung in Startup- oder Scale-up-Strukturen sowie im E-Commerce / Handel Sicherer Umgang mit Google Sheets und ERP/WMS-Systemen Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Einkauf oder Produktmanagement Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Verhandlungssicherheit Hands-on-Mentalität, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Benefits 100 % Remote-Working mit modernem Equipment Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsfreiheit Workation innerhalb der EU (bis zu 30 Tage jährlich) sowie regelmäßige Team-Offsites Weiterbildungsbudget und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Gesundheits- und Wellbeing-Angebote sowie Mitarbeitervergünstigungen Einfluss auf die Gesamtoptimierung der Supply-Chain-Prozesse
