Wir bauen mit modernsten Technologien die Zukunft für Fachhandwerksbetriebe – und dafür brauchen wir dich Als Full-Stack Developer (m|w|d) entwickelst du unsere AI-gestützte Plattform weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Handwerker endlich digitale Tools bekommen, die wirklich funktionieren. Mit einem kleinen, agilen Team gestaltest du die technische Basis für echte Veränderung. Wir sind Ole – das Bielefelder Startup, das gemeinsam mit echten Handwerksbetrieben die Digitalisierung der Branche vorantreibt. Aufgaben Was du bei uns machst: Frontend Development Entwicklung der Ole-App mit Node.js und React Gestaltung intuitiver Interfaces mit Tailwind CSS Performance-Optimierung für reibungslose Nutzung auf allen Geräten AI & Backend Development Integration verschiedener AI-Modelle und Frameworks (z.B. Vercel Chat SDK) Entwicklung robuster APIs Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Wartung unserer technischen Architektur Testing & Infrastructure Entwicklung und Wartung von Unit-, Integrations- und E2E-Tests mit Playwright CI/CD-Pipeline-Optimierung Monitoring und Performance-Tracking Qualifikation Wann du zu uns passt: Must-Have Skills Erfahrung mit TypeScript, React und Node.js Solide Kenntnisse in PostgreSQL Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen Du nutzt bereits AI-gestützte Entwicklungstools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot) Clean Code ist für dich selbstverständlich Nice-to-Have: Erfahrung mit AI/LLM-Integration und Prompt Engineering Erfahrung mit Monorepo-Strukturen (Turbo, Nx) Benefits Was du von uns hast und was wir dir bieten: Eine spannende Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Startup mit modernster Technologie.
