Daher suchen wir dich. Werde jetzt als „Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d)“ in Düsseldorf oder München ein Teil unseres Teams Aufgaben Du koordinierst Termine, bereitest diese vor und bist mit unseren Kunden im Kontakt Du erstellst Angebote und Aufträge und prüfst entsprechende Dokumente Du arbeitest an Ausschreibungen mit und stellst unter anderem die form- und fristgerechte Angebotsabgabe sicher Du steuerst unsere Vertriebsprozesse mithilfe unseres CRMs und hältst dieses auf dem neuesten Stand Du holst Feedback von unseren Kunden ein und stellst damit die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher Qualifikation Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (Kauffrau/-mann für Bürokommunikation o. ä.) oder ein wirtschaftliches Studium (BWL o.ä.)
