PRODUCT MANAGER (m/w/d)
Aufgaben- Du entwickelst unsere Produktstrategie weiter, erstellst und priorisierst die Product Roadmap und kommunizierst Erkenntnisse und Ergebnisse mit unserem Management und innerhalb des Teams
- Innerhalb des Product Teams übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Design, die Entwicklung sowie die Implementierung neuer als auch bereits bestehender Features - immer getreu dem Motto "Daten schlagen Meinungen"
- Du koordinierst den agilen End-to-End-Entwicklungsprozess im cross-funktionalen Team bestehend aus Designer/innen, Entwickler/innen und weiteren Stakeholdern
- Du beobachtest die Trends und Entwicklungen im agilen Energiemarkt und passt die Produktstrategie entsprechend an.
- Du hast bereits 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Produktmanagement gesammelt, idealerweise im B2C-Startup-Umfeld.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Koordination von Entwicklungsprozessen mit agilen Methoden und in der Leitung von komplexen IT-Projekten bzw. Teilprojekten von der Konzeption bis zum Abschluss.
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten mit.
- Deine kreative und offene Herangehensweise hilft dir bei der Entwicklung neuer Ideen, im Testing kannst du dich auf dein strukturiertes und analytisches Vorgehen verlassen. Datengetriebenes Arbeiten ist für dich selbstveständlich.
- Du bis vertraut im Umgang mit Produktmanagement-Tools wie JIRA und Confluence sowie Mockup- und Wireframing-Tools.
- Idealerweise bringst du fundierte SQL-Kenntnisse mit.
- Für unsere Teamarbeit sind sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wichtig.
- Eine ausführliche Einarbeitung und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in einem Team von erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen
- Zusammenarbeit mit einem sehr erfahrenen Gründer- und Produktteam
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice-Möglichkeit, regelmäßige Präsenz im Office ist erforderlich
