Der Verband Deutscher Freizeitparks und Freizeitunternehmen e.V. (VDFU)
ist die Interessensvertretung von Freizeit- und Erlebnisparks,
Indoorattraktionen, Zoos, Brandlands und anderen Erlebniseinrichtungen
gegenüber Politik und Öffentlichkeit. Unsere Mitgliedsunternehmen
schaffen jeden Tag unvergessliche Momente und Freizeiterlebnisse für
begeisterte Besucher*innen über alle Generationen und sozialen Schichten
hinweg und haben oftmals als touristische

Aufgaben
  • Strategische Veranstaltungsplanung des VDFU sowie inhaltliche Konzeptentwicklung für verschiedenen Veranstaltungsformate
  • Vorbereitung, Planung und Durchführung aller Veranstaltungen des
    VDFU (Mitgliedertreffen, Parlamentarische Events, Tourismuspolitische
    Round Tables, Events des VDFU-Mentoringprogramms, sowie der VDFU
    AKADEMIE, einschließlich digitaler und hybrider Veranstaltungsformate)
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für die verantworteten Veranstaltungen
    sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Agenturen, inklusive
    Vertragsverhandlungen und -abwicklung
  • Redaktionelle Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Mitgliederportals mein VDFU
  • Mitarbeit an anderen Themen der Mitgliederbetreuung wie die
    redaktionelle Unterstützung von Webinaren und sowie der
    VDFU-Podcastreihe FREIZEITGEFLÜSTER
Qualifikation
  • Ausbildung im Event- und Veranstaltungsmanagement, im Hotelfach oder
    vergleichbare Qualifikation und erste Berufserfahrung im Event-Bereich
  • Anwendungskenntnisse des modernen Veranstaltungsmanagements, ob in Präsenz oder digital
  • Sicherer Umgang der Eventtools Cvent ist von Vorteil, aber kein muss
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität,
    Eigeninitiative und Dienstleistungsmentalität bei einem souveränen
    Auftreten
  • Ausdauer und Humor auch in turbulenten Zeiten
