Technischer Leiter / Chief Engineer und Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d)
- Du bist ein Multitasker, Macher und kannst dein Team motivieren und besitzt die Fähigkeit, unser Hotel höchstem Niveau instant zu halten. Du denkst auch über den Tellerrand hinaus, kennst dein Handwerk?
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Wartung sowie Instandhaltung aller technischen Anlagen
- Sicherstellung der optimalen Wirtschaftlichkeit der betrieblichen Einrichtungen und technischen Anlagen
- Koordination von Mängelbeseitigungen und Reparaturen entsprechend der Prüfverordnung
- Überprüfung und Analyse des Wasser- und Energieverbrauches
- Durchführung von Energieeinsparmaßnahmen sowie Training der Mitarbeiter für den energiebewussten Umgang mit den Ressourcen
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung der geltenden Standards
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der (Arbeits-) Sicherheit im gesamten Hotel
- Führung und Einsatzplanung des Technik-Teams sowie Erstellung von Schicht-, Urlaubs- und Dienstplänen
- Durchführung von Beurteilungsgesprächen mit den Mitarbeitern der technischen Abteilung
- Umsetzung von periodischen Mitarbeiterschulungen zum Verhalten im Brandfall
- Angebotseinholung, Kalkulation, Planung und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
- Kostenkontrolle und Überwachung sowie Abnahmen von internen Umbauprojekten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Technikbereich oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer technischen Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahren einschlägige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Personalverantwortung (z.B. Maintenance- oder Facility Manager)
- Ausgebildete Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
- Erfahrung in der Technischen Leitung / Facility Management eines Betriebes ähnlicher Größenordnung
- Idealerweise Zertifikat als Sicherheitsfachkraft und Brandschutzbeauftragter
- Ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz im Bereich Energy Consumption Optimization bzw. Kosteneinsparungsmaßnahmen
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement
- Hands-On Mentalität, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Ein hohes Maß an organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
- Herausragende Reporting-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
