We are looking for a Working Student to join us in Berlin and support our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and become an integral part of our team. Your Tasks: Salesforce Administration & Operations Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, handling tasks from creating new user accounts to deactivating accounts for departing employees. Ensure data integrity through regular cleanup, including de-duplicating accounts and removing records with no related data. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, record types, and page layouts to improve user experience and data capture. Manage Salesforce application, including adding fields and creating lookup relationships. Salesforce Operations Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, such as email logging failures and lead conversion errors. Deploy changes from the sandbox to the production environment to keep our system up to date. Design and build Salesforce flows to automate key business processes. Implement new functionality by creating and updating system components as needed. Data Analysis & Reporting Create and maintain essential reports and trackers, including weekly commercial KPIs and revenue reports. Analyze and reconcile data discrepancies between Salesforce and external platforms to ensure accuracy across all platforms. Utilize data management tools, such as Data Loader, for bulk data operations. Your Profile: You are a proactive and analytical working student who is eager to learn and take ownership of projects. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy communicating with different teams. You are a critical thinker who is able to solve problems independently. You should have technical skills in: Google Workspace, with a focus on Sheets and Slides Salesforce Administration Experience with other platforms, such as Excel, Personio, and Slack, is a plus.
