Aufgaben Du unterstützt unsere Kunden im Gesundheitswesen bei öffentlichen Ausschreibungen, Auswahl und Implementierung modernster IT-Systeme, um die Patientenversorgung und klinische Abläufe zu optimieren oder die gesetzliche Krankenversicherung noch besser zu machen Durch detaillierte Prozess- und IT-Analysen identifizierst du Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in der Gesundheitsversorgung und entwickelst Strategien, um Effizienz und Effektivität zu steigern Du leitest und coachst ein Team von Consultants Du wandelst die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen des Gesundheitssektors in klare, technische Spezifikationen um und koordinierst deren Umsetzung Du entwickelst innovative und praktikable Lösungen, die direkt auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse im Gesundheitswesen zugeschnitten sind Du baust und pflegst vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kunden sowie Partnern und bist aktiv an der Neukundengewinnung beteiligt Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Gesundheit, Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs Du hast langjährige Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung und/oder Expertise im Gesundheitswesen (Krankenhaus, GKV oder dem Öffentlichen Dienst) Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und –steuerung Mehrjährige) Führungserfahrung Du besitzt eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke und sichere Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch aus Du hast auch kein Problem mit gelegentlichen Dienstreisen Benefits Neben einer offenen Unternehmenskultur mit flachen Hierarchien findest du bei uns: Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe Flexible Zeiteinteilung und 4,5-Tage-Woche Mobiles Arbeiten – zeitweise auch aus dem EU-Ausland Bis zu 31 Tage Urlaub Beste (Homeoffice) Ausstattung Permanente Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie 360-Grad-Feedback-Kultur Regelmäßige Workshops und weitere Social Events mit tollen Kolleg*innen So sieht der Bewerbungsprozess bei uns aus: Erstes Videointerview (Dauer ca. 45 Minuten) Zweites Videointerview oder persönliches Gespräch (Dauer ca. 90 Minuten) Triff das Team
