We are looking for a driven and open-minded sales manager with strong communication skills to join our international sales team and support our business growth in Europe. We embrace an office-first culture and are looking for someone to join us in our office in the heart of Berlin at the earliest opportunity. Tasks Expand IMAGO’s footprint in Europe by establishing new customer relations within the Sports and Media industry, e.g. with (Online) News Businesses, Broadcasting, Production Companies, PR Agencies and Brands Drive new business generation through a strong focus on hunting, cold calling, self-prospecting and proactive outreach to new customers, supported by research from our sales operations team. Capture prospect and customer feedback to continuously improve IMAGO’s solutions and tailor our offerings to market needs. Establish a profound network in the market by attending industry events and meetups Work closely with our Content (Photographer Partner), Marketing and Product Development Team to improve IMAGO’s offering continuously to better serve our customer needs Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales (2+ years) Interest in media, licensing and/or sports industries – prior experience is a plus High degree of self-organization, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn Confident and experienced in cold calling, with a strong drive for proactive new business acquisition Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., Greek, Portuguese, Dutch or Danish) is a plus Benefits A modern workplace in the heart of Berlin Attractive commission system to financially reward great performance A company pension scheme Ticket for public transportation Monthly budget to spend in an area of your liking, e.g. Health (Urban Sports and others), Learning, Travelling, etc. Platform for employee discounts from a wide range of providers Join IMAGO - Apply now and become a member of our dynamic team in Berlin
