CONROO is an early-stage startup that makes logistics efficient through technology, thereby creating transparency and increasing operational efficiency at terminals and depots. With our young and fast-growing team based in Munich, Nuremberg, and Hamburg, we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for building great products and are eager to learn and grow alongside our founder team to truly #unlockpotential
Tasks- Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and launch new business areas from the ground up.
- Identify, evaluate, and propose strategic growth opportunities and untapped market potentials.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare comprehensive decision-making frameworks for the founding team.
- Develop innovative strategies and actionable proposals to elevate our operations and expand our market presence.
- Oversee and optimize the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive the company’s growth by supporting and leading cross-departmental initiatives and fostering collaboration within and across teams.
- Continuously scout for new trends and technologies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the logistics and IT sectors.
- You are a student or graduate with above-average results.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional or internship experience in the areas of start-ups, logistics, business development or finance.
- You are empathetic, communicative, enjoy working in a team and want to make a difference.
- You are quick on the uptake and have strong analytical and organisational skills.
- You have a results-orientated, structured and independent way of working.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- A “never-stop-learning” attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
