Zur Unterstützung unseres Wachstums suchen wir dich als Project Development Manager (m/w/d) – Co-Development & M&A (Energy Storage). In dieser spannenden Rolle begleitest du Partnerschaften und Projektübernahmen, bewertest Geschäftsmodelle und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unser Portfolio an Batteriespeicherprojekten weiter auszubauen. Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Identifikation, Bewertung und Strukturierung von Co-Development- und M&A-Projekten im Bereich Großbatteriespeicher Mitwirkung an Verhandlungen mit Projektentwicklern, Investoren und Partnern – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung Durchführung von wirtschaftlichen Analysen und Financial Modelling zur Beurteilung von Investitionsentscheidungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Delivery, Operations, Finance und Legal für eine ganzheitliche Projektbewertung Koordination externer Berater und Anwaltskanzleien in Due-Diligence- und Verhandlungsprozessen Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business Cases für Management und Investoren Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energiewirtschaft, Finanzen, Jura oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A, Investment, Corporate Development oder Projektentwicklung – idealerweise im Energie- oder Infrastrukturbereich Gutes Verständnis von Kaufverträgen, Beteiligungsstrukturen und Projektfinanzierungen Erfahrung im Financial Modelling und der Bewertung von Projekten wünschenswert Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Warum wir?
