At Staking Facilities, we’ve been building at the frontier of blockchain infrastructure since 2017. Now, we’re working on new projects in the area of crypto-native research and development, combining our world-class validator infrastructure with a bold vision for the future. Tasks You’ll work as the first dedicated Engineer in this new venture. Expect deep technical challenges, real ownership, and the thrill of helping define how capital markets evolve on-chain within one of Europe’s most respected blockchain companies. Design and implement backend services in Rust, optimized for throughput, reliability, and low latency Build systems that connect on-chain and off-chain components, from smart contract interactions to market data ingestion and execution logic Collaborate closely with infrastructure and validator teams to leverage bare-metal performance and low-latency access to blockchain networks Work with live trading data and performance monitoring tools to profile, test, and tune production systems Contribute to architecture design sessions, helping define how we scale a multi-chain platform Collaborate with experienced engineers across Staking Facilities to extend node infrastructure and on-chain APIs Shape technical direction, influence tooling and processes, and grow with the project as it scales Requirements Proficient in Rust, with experience writing safe, performant, and maintainable code You’re excited about Web3, decentralized finance, and the emerging internet of capital markets.
