Aufgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung und Wartung unserer selbst erstellten Software, die maßgeblich für den Erfolg unserer innovativen Tierversicherungslösung dienen.
  • Insbesondere das Arbeiten und Erweitern unserer API’s umfasst einen großen Teil deiner Zeit.
  • Proaktive Integration neuer Technologien und Lösungen zur stetigen Verbesserung unserer digitalen Produkte.
  • Arbeiten an Backend-Komponenten in PHP oder Ruby (ideal), oder einer anderen objektorientierten Programmiersprache – die Bereitschaft zur Anpassung und zum Lernen ist entscheidend.
  • Optional: Unterstützung bei Frontend-Entwicklungen in Javascript, CSS/SASS/LESS.
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Frameworks einzuarbeiten und dafür entsprechend Zeit einzuplanen, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
  • Umgang mit optionalen Technologien wie Redis, RabbitMQ oder vergleichbaren Tools, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch und Linux, die als Plus angesehen werden.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Software Developer in einem Startup oder ähnlichem High-Growth-Umfeld.
  • Du bist offen für neue Herausforderungen und lernbereit, um Chancen optimal zu nutzen und dich in neuen Technologien einzuarbeiten.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierten Programmiersprachen. PHP oder Ruby-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, ansonsten die Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen.
  • Du hast grundlegende Frontend-Skills wie Javascript und CSS/SASS/LESS.
  • Du findest Prozessautomatisierung spannend.
  • Du hast Interesse daran, mit KI zu arbeiten.
  • Du bist immer lösungsorientiert und Probleme sind eine Herausforderung, die es zu bewältigen gilt.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, der auch eigenständig und hands-on arbeiten kann, Eigeninitiative zeigt und Aufgaben vorantreibt.
  • Du fühlst dich wohl in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld und scheust nicht davor zurück, Neues zu lernen und zu lehren.Du hast die Fähigkeit basierend auf dem „What“ und „Why“ eigenständig das „How“ zu definieren und umzusetzen.
