About Us SensitHaptics develops leading haptics technology for immersive gaming experiences – especially in SimRacing. Our solutions are considered the benchmark for realism, precision, and latency. We develop and manufacture in Germany and work with OEMs, system builders, and high-end gamers worldwide. If you want to build software for a product that gamers can physically feel, this is the place for you. Your Role You will build the software tools, apps, and integrations that control, configure, and bring our haptics platform to life. You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner – no micromanagement. You design features end-to-end, collaborate closely with Product, Firmware, Hardware, and UX, and deliver robust, high-performance software. Tasks • Develop modern frontend or fullstack software (web apps, desktop tools, control panels) • Implement new features in our Sensit Haptics Engine (UI, middleware, backend) • Collaborate with Product, Hardware, and UX to define technical requirements • Optimize performance (latency, stability, user experience) • Develop and maintain APIs, SDKs, and Unity/Unreal integrations for partners • Build automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling • Provide clean technical documentation + consistent code reviews Requirements • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, C++, C#, Python, or Rust • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Electron) and/or backend (Node.js, APIs) • Experience with game engine integrations is a plus • Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows • Highly reliable, clear communicator, self-driven working style • Senior-level developer mindset: ownership, prioritization, self-organization • Experience with agile methods/Scrum is a plus • Excellent German and English skills • Passion for gaming, haptics, UI/UX, or high-performance systems Benefits • Work on technology that physically transforms the gaming experience • Unique blend of hardware + software + tools – rare opportunity to learn and shape products • Direct impact, no politics, fast decision-making • Opportunity to independently own entire product areas • State-of-the-art development environment + access to high-end SimRacing setups • Hybrid work possible: mix of Berlin/Potsdam office and remote work by arrangement Join a team that doesn’t just develop software — but experiences you can feel.
