Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de développer la croissance de PERGOLUX sur le marché français en combinant expertise commerciale consultative et accompagnement client premium. Vous guiderez les clients francophones tout au long de leur parcours d’achat, présenterez la valeur de nos pergolas haut de gamme et contribuerez directement à l’expansion rapide de notre marque à travers l’Europe. En tant que marque internationale d’aménagement extérieur inspirée du design scandinave, PERGOLUX valorise l’intégrité, l’ambition, l’innovation, l’humilité, la reconnaissance et l’unité — et vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour offrir cette expérience à nos clients en France. Ce que vous ferez Identifier, engager et accompagner de potentiels clients français afin de stimuler la croissance du marché. Conseiller les clients avec des recommandations personnalisées et valoriser notre gamme premium PERGOLUX. Assurer un processus fluide depuis la première prise de contact jusqu’à l’achat final. Identifier les opportunités d’upsell et de cross-sell pour enrichir l’expérience client et augmenter la valeur des commandes. Maintenir une documentation précise dans le CRM et contribuer aux reportings pour améliorer les performances. Ce que vous apporterez Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en vente ou relation client, idéalement avec des produits premium ou à forte valeur ajoutée. Français langue maternelle (C2) et excellent niveau d’anglais (C1). Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et création de relations client. Un état d’esprit proactif, orienté client, avec de solides compétences organisationnelles. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec des équipes internationales.
