In Deiner Rolle als Head of Accounting (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Accounting Teams von 6 Mitarbeitern und übernimmst maßgeblich die Einführung von IFRS, die wir im Jahr 2025 umsetzen werden. Du bist zudem für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Jahresabschlussprüfung durch einen Wirtschaftsprüfer verantwortlich.

Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Finanzbuchhaltung für unsere Unternehmensgruppe (Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften).
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken Accounting Teams.
  • Vorbereitung und Implementierung der IFRS-Rechnungslegung im gesamten Unternehmen.
  • Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse.
  • Koordination und Begleitung der Jahresabschlussprüfung durch externe Wirtschaftsprüfer.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Steuerberatern sowie Wirtschaftsprüfern.
  • Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen und Systemen im Finanzbereich.
  • Durchführung von Intercompany-Abstimmungen und Sicherstellung der Kostenstellenrechnung.
  • Begleitung der Einführung eines neuen ERP Systems.
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegung (HGB, IFRS).
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung von IFRS ist ein großes Plus.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
  • Zusatzqualifikationen wie Bilanzbuchhalter von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche ist wünschenswert.
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS-Office (insbesondere Excel).
