Aufgaben

Provide leadership, guidance & support to Directors & Managers in creation of procurement strategies & policies
Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure cost-effective procurement processes & technologies
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies & foster a culture of innovation
Oversee high-stake supplier negotiations, manage high-impact contracts and identify & manage supplier risks

Qualifikation

Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 15 years of project management, management and leadership experience in procurement roles
Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
