Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Als Sales Director (m/w/d) bei GlobalConnect spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebs in Deutschland. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Vertriebsstrategie, baust ein leistungsstarkes Team auf und arbeitest eng mit der Unternehmensgruppe in Skandinavien zusammen, um Deutschland noch stärker in die internationale Struktur einzubinden.

Aktuell berichten 8 FTEs direkt an dich – du hast die Möglichkeit, dieses Team weiter auszubauen und aktiv zu gestalten.

Unser Ziel? Marktführerschaft ausbauen, neue Kunden gewinnen und langfristige Beziehungen etablieren. Dabei erwarten dich spannende Herausforderungen in einer Organisation, die sich im Wandel befindet – du kannst aktiv mitgestalten und deine Hands-on-Mentalität unter Beweis stellen.

Deine Aufgaben


• Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams sowie Verantwortung für Umsatz, Profitabilität und Key Accounts


• Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Sales-Pipeline, Steuerung nach Kennzahlen und Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale


• Direkte Betreuung von strategischen Kunden


• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Neukundengewinnung


• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und enge Abstimmung mit der Unternehmensgruppe in Skandinavien

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest


• Erfahrung im Sales Management und in der Führung von Vertriebsteams


• Kenntnisse aus einer verwandten Branche (z. B. Telco, Tech, IT, SaaS)


• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift


• Bereitschaft, vor Ort in Hamburg zu arbeiten oder umzuziehen
