Jemanden wie DICH Ab sofort suchen wir einen Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Store in Neumünster:

Aufgaben
  • Deine Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Kundenservice, Verkaufstaktik und Produktwissen einsetzten, um Kunden eine erstklassige und individuelle Einkaufserfahrung anzubieten, um die richtigen Produkte zu empfehlen und die Umsätze zu steigern
  • Das Tagesgeschäft in deiner Abteilung, darunter Verkauf und Service leiten
  • Die Koordination von Arbeitsbereichen anderer Mitarbeiter umsetzten und beaufsichtigen
  • Auf die Einhaltung der Standards für Visual Merchandising und den Verkaufsbereich achten
  • Die Mitarbeiter in deiner Abteilung anleiten, coachen, fördern und motivieren
  • Probleme, Potenziale und Chancen auf Basis von Verkaufs-und Kundenfeedbacks identifizieren
  • Bei der Umsetzung eines erstklassigen Kundenservice und einer hervorragenden Arbeitsatmosphäre unterstützen
  • Promo-Aktionen kommunizieren, um deren Ergebnisse zu optimieren
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle NIKE-Standards und Richtlinieneingehalten werden
  • Mit unserer Europazentrale in den Niederladen zusammenarbeiten
Qualifikation
  • Handelsfachwirt bzw. Bachelor-Abschluss und 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, oder 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel ohne Hochschulabschluss
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Einzelhandelsmanagement, darunter auch Erfahrung im Coaching und in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Einzelhandelssystemen und Microsoft Office
  • Starke Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht-und Wochenendarbeit
  • Leidenschaft für die Marke NIKE
