Deine Mission:
In dieser Schlüsselposition übernimmst du in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung maßgeblich die Verantwortung für unsere Vertriebsstrategie und den Ausbau unseres Sales-Teams. Deine Hauptaufgabe wird es sein, Outbound-Strukturen zu entwickeln und zu implementieren, um neue Märkte zu erschließen und unsere Marktführerschaft weiter auszubauen. Du wirst die treibende Kraft hinter unseren Umsatzzielen und trägst maßgeblich zur Skalierung unseres Unternehmens bei.
Aufgaben- Entwicklung und Implementierung: Schaffung effektiver Outbound-Vertriebsstrukturen zur Lead-Generierung.
- Teamaufbau und -führung: Rekrutierung, Aufbau und Skalierung eines leistungsstarken Vertriebsteams.
- Strategische Verantwortung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Umsatzstrategie zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.
- Markterschließung: Identifikation und Nutzung neuer Marktchancen und Wachstumspotenziale.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing: Optimierung von Sales-Funnels und Marketingkampagnen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Team.
- Analyse und Reporting: Überwachung und Analyse von Verkaufskennzahlen und Markttrends zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
- Coaching und Mentoring: Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams durch gezieltes Coaching und Mentoring.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management von Outbound-Vertriebsstrukturen in vergleichbaren Wachstumsunternehmen.
- Erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung in der Skalierung und Entwicklung von Vertriebsteams.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Hands-on-Mentalität und unternehmerisches Denken.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Einrichtungs- oder Immobilienbranche.
