Aufgabenverantwortung bei Eigenkapital- und Fremdkapitaltransaktionen mit internationalen Finanzierern/Investoren Eigenständige Erstellung/Konzeptionierung von Unternehmensbewertungen, Finanzmodellen und Investmentanalysen (alle Bewertungsmethoden) Eigenständige Erstellung/Konzeptionierung von Informationsmemoranden und Unternehmenspräsentationen sowie Management von Datenräumen Management aller Investmentbanking Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der übergeordneten, längeren und komplexen Transaktionsprozesse im Team Interaktion (Conference Calls, Meetings, Workshops) mit Kunden/Unternehmen und Investoren/Käufern sowie anderen Beratern (WPs, Anwälte) Was FCF von Dir erwartet Hervorragend abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium in Finance, Economics, Accounting oder Business Administration Praktische Erfahrungen von mindestens 6 Monaten im Investment Banking, Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity oder Venture Capital Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in gängigen analytischen und quantitativen Bewertungsmethoden, Financial Modeling und Accounting Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift) sowie ein exzellenter Umgang mit allen MS Office-Anwendungen und IB Tools Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, eine vorausschauende Denkweise und Freude an anspruchsvollen Aufgaben in selbständiger Arbeitsweise Absolute Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an einem familiärem Arbeitsklima Was Dich bei FCF erwartet Einen intensiven Einstieg in Deine Investment Banking Karriere mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel Dich vom Analysten über Associate und Vice President zum Senior Banker aufzubauen Eine “State of the Art” Ausbildung im Rahmen unseres Mentoringprogramms in alle relevanten Investment Banking Themen sowie maximales Doing/Learning on the Job Überdurchschnittlich attraktive Vergütung im Topquartil der Investmentbanken Schnelle und stetig wachsende Eigenverantwortung in Deinen Aufgaben und Teilprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team Aktive Corporate Benefit Programme zur Weiterbildung im Investment Banking (Wallstreet Prep, IB-Trainings, CFA-Unterstützung) sowie zur Work-Life Balance (Job Ticket, Teamevents, Homeoffice, Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche, uvm.)
