ServiceNow Solution Architect

We assist Corporate Legal, Risk and Compliance departments on their digital transformation journey. As a ServiceNow Developer you will implement technical solutions in cooperation with Solution Architects and Legal Transformation Advisors. The role requires both, broad and deep technology knowledge (incl. advanced scripting experience) and the capability to implement solutions by translating customer business problems into process-oriented technology solutions together with our Solution Architects. We are looking for a technically strong person who is resourceful and confident under high pressure. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent employment offer based on a local payroll . Tasks As a ServiceNow Solution Architect with expertise in Contract Management, you will: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Contract Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements. Translate complex business needs (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Vendor Management) into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Define target architectures, solution roadmaps, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform. Guide the development and configuration of Contract Management modules, workflows, and integrations. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, presenting solution options, risks, and recommendations in both technical and business language. Ensure seamless integration of Contract Management with other ServiceNow modules (Procurement, Vendor Management, ITSM, GRC) and third-party systems. Oversee governance, standards, and quality assurance for all ServiceNow design and implementation activities. Mentor developers and administrators, promoting knowledge-sharing and adherence to best practices.Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform releases and industry trends to continuously optimize solutions. Requirements We are looking for someone who brings: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect (minimum 5+ years hands-on in enterprise environments). Deep expertise in ServiceNow Contract Management, with broader exposure to Procurement, Vendor Management, and related modules. Strong background in solution architecture, platform design, and enterprise integrations (APIs, web services, data exchanges). Ability to define and deliver scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions that meet complex stakeholder needs. Excellent understanding of contract lifecycle processes (creation, negotiation, approvals, renewals, compliance). ServiceNow certifications preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – Procurement or Vendor Risk), Certified Technical Architect or similar advanced certifications. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with C-level executives and business users.
