Fellow Analyst Intern (m/w/d) - M&A/ Strategy/ Private Equity**

S&B Strategy ist eine schnell wachsende Unternehmensberatung für Investoren und Unternehmen der Bau- und Bauzuliefererindustrie. In den Sektoren Smart Cities & Infrastructure, Sustainable Buildings und Construction Technology bieten wir nachhaltige Lösungen für Strategie und M&A. Unser Team besteht ausschließlich aus beratungserfahrenen Experten mit ausgeprägtem Fachwissen, starker Analytik und umfangreichen Netzwerken.

Aufgaben

Du bist vom ersten Tag an vollwertiges Teammitglied und unterstützt uns bei Strategie-, M&A- und Umsetzungsprojekten. Dabei arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich an Teilaufgaben wie z.B. die Analyse von Märkten, Identifikation von Entwicklungen im Wettbewerbsumfeld oder das Ableiten von Kundenanforderungen. Du dokumentierst deine Arbeitsergebnisse in Präsentationen und Excel-Modellen und diskutierst diese mit dem Projektleiter. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du S&B Strategy im Business Development im Rahmen von Studien und Opinion Papers sowie in der Vorbereitung von Pitches.

Qualifikation
  • Du studierst mindestens im dritten Semester eines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung gesammelt, z.B. durch Praktika; Erfahrung in der Bauindustrie ist ein Plus
  • Du hast Interesse, die Arbeitsweise einer Boutique-Beratung kennenzulernen und interessierst dich für Themen rund um Smart Cities, Infrastructure, Sustainability
  • Du denkst analytisch und interessierst Dich für strategische Fragestellungen
  • Du bist geübt im Umgang mit PowerPoint, Excel und Word; Datenanalyse- und Statistik-Tools sind ein Plus (z.B. Tableau, Power-BI, Alteryx)
  • Du besitzt eine gute Ausdrucksweise und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast Interesse an der Arbeit im Team und feierst gerne gemeinsam Erfolge
