We’re on a mission to automate the busy work of running offices. Backed by top-tier VCs and some of Europe’s most prominent angel investors, we’re scaling fast and building the future of hybrid work. WHY THIS IS YOUR CHANCE: This role is ideal if you aspire to become a founder yourself. PULT has already produced three founders, and now we’re looking to expand the PULT mafia with you. As our first working student Founders Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with our founder and growth team, taking on high-impact projects that will directly shape our commercial and operational success. Your focus: discovering and scaling new growth channels, driving international expansion, and automating the engine room of our business. You’ll be hands-on where it matters most. This is your chance to be part operator, part entrepreneur, part growth hacker—and to help build a category-defining company from the ground up. Tasks IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Operations (70%) Design, optimize, and automate internal processes and operations Help scale our finance setup (accounting, forecasting, business cases) Drive strategic projects across different teams Support with investor updates and reporting Growth (30%) Help test, validate, and scale new growth channels to expand our reach Requirements WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Academic excellence: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Master is preferred) from a top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related) Proven track record: 1-2 internships or jobs at consulting, Investment Banking, startups / VCs—or you’ve built a product yourself once :) High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English and German Impact-driven: You care about technology and want to build something meaningful Entrepreneurial mindset: Hungry to learn what it takes to run a startup Based in Hamburg: We believe being close to the action is crucial (hybrid possible) Benefits WHAT WE OFFER 20h / Week with Competitive Salary Premium work setup (high-spec MacBook Pro) Free Wellhub membership for your health & wellness A small, ambitious, and insanely talented team Team culture: regular events, workshops, and an annual offsite to recharge & connect The chance to grow into a full-time Founder's Associate or related position PULT is building the Automated Workplace Platform that helps companies solve the toughest challenges of hybrid work: boosting office attendance, optimizing office space, and automating repetitive tasks for workplace teams—powered by AI, automation, and deep integrations.
