Die Modern Me GmbH ist ein ISO 13485 zertifizierter Medizinprodukthersteller in der Dentalbranche und spezialisiert auf kieferorthopädische Systeme. Mit unserer Marke "Modern Clear" bieten wir Zahnschienen zur Korrektur von Zahnfehlstellungen an. Wir arbeiten dabei partnerschaftlich mit Zahnärzten und Kieferorthopäden zusammen (B2B) und sind national sowie international tätig.

Wir suchen ab sofort einen neuen Kollegen/eine neue Kollegin (m/w/d) im Bereich Customer Service mit Schwerpunkt Telefonie und fachlicher Beratung von Zahnärzten. In unserem Unternehmen erwarten Sie spannende und herausfordernde Aufgaben sowie die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln. Vorkenntnisse in der Zahnmedizin sind von Vorteil, aber kein muss. Sie werden von uns zu Beginn umfassend geschult und können das nötige fachliche Know-How erlernen. Aufgaben
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit unseren Zahnarztkunden (Telefon, E-Mail, WhatsApp Chat)
  • Dokumentation der Kommunikation in unserem CRM-System
  • Kommunikation von eingehenden Anfragen an andere Abteilungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen
  • Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Kundenkontakte
Qualifikation
  • Kaufmännische/medizinische Ausbildung oder Studium, alternativ Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Support/Service
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an fachlicher Weiterbildung
  • Ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen und starke Kundenorientierung
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss:

  • Vorkenntnisse in der Zahnmedizin/Kieferorthopädie.
  • Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Workspace
