Du suchst eine Rolle mit echter Gestaltungsfreiheit und direkter Sichtbarkeit im Top-Management? Dann übernimm Verantwortung als Senior Program Manager (m/w/d) in einem innovationsstarken, technologiegetriebenen Unternehmen mit Sitz in Berlin. Aufgaben Du leitest unternehmensweit strategische Programme mit hoher Relevanz – vom ersten Konzept bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Gemeinsam mit dem Senior Management definierst du Ziele, Budget, Ressourcen und Meilensteine und steuerst cross-funktionale Teams aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen. Du sorgst für klare Kommunikation, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen, bevor sie zu Problemen werden. Als Impulsgeber:in treibst du die Weiterentwicklung von PMO-Strukturen, Prozessen und Tools voran. Du bringst deine Erfahrung ein, um komplexe Vorhaben in agilen und klassischen Umgebungen effektiv zu steuern. Qualifikation abgeschlossenes Studium ((Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen). 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Programm- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in IT, Consumer Electronics, Telekommunikations- und Netzwerktechnik, Medizintechnik. Routiniert im Umgang mit C-Level-Stakeholdern und in der Steuerung cross-funktionaler Teams. Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills sowie analytisches und strukturiertes Denken. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) und sehr gutes Englisch (mind. B2). Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor Ort in Berlin (mind. 3 Tage/Woche) zu arbeiten. Pluspunkte Erfahrung im Mittelstand oder in der Managementberatung (bsp. Inhouse Consulting, Chief of Staff, Vorstandsassistenz). Verständnis für Hardware-/Software-Entwicklungsprozesse oder digitale Transformationsprojekte. Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und klassischen PM-Frameworks.
