Own the full post-production pipeline (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects). Create motion-graphics overlays, lower thirds and short-form animations that match CAARD’s premium aesthetic. Optimise exports for web, mobile and ad platforms; maintain an organised media library. Brainstorm video concepts with design, marketing and product teams; iterate fast on feedback in true startup style. Qualifikation Proven editing chops with at least one of PP/FCP/DaVinci + confidence in AE for motion graphics. A feel for narrative pacing, sound design and typography. Curious, hands-on mindset; you love rapid prototyping and tight deadlines. Solid English (German a plus) and a portfolio or reel we can click right away.
