Deine Mission Als VP Finance (m/w/d) führst du die Finanz- und Rechnungswesenorganisation mit voller fachlicher und disziplinarischer Verantwortung - und bist gleichzeitig die rechte Hand unseres CFO. Dein Fokus: die langfristige Stabilität, Skalierbarkeit und Transparenz unserer Finanzlandschaft sicherstellen, während der CFO die strategische Gesamtsteuerung, Finanzierungs- und Investorenthemen verantwortet. Du übernimmst die Leitung über alle zentralen Finanzfunktionen – von Accounting und Controlling über Tax & Treasury bis hin zu Governance-Strukturen - und stellst sicher, dass das Unternehmen jederzeit steuerungsfähig, compliant und wachstumsbereit ist. Dabei führst du ein dynamisches Team, setzt Standards und treibst Innovationen voran,. Wir suchen ab sofort dich als VP Finance / Leitung Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) an unserem Headquarter in München. Strategische Steuerung: Du verantwortest alle Kernbereiche von Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Steuern und Treasury – und stellst sicher, dass diese nahtlos zusammenspielen. Finanzielle Führung: Du führst und entwickelst ein mehrköpfiges Team, setzt klare Ziele und etablierst Standards, die Effizienz, Compliance und Transparenz sicherstellen. Governance & Compliance: Du gewährleistest korrekte Abschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS, Einhaltung steuerlicher Vorschriften im In- und Ausland sowie ein robustes internes Kontrollsystem. Performance & Reporting: Du stellst aussagekräftige, integrierte Finanzberichte bereit, die strategische Entscheidungen ermöglichen und den Blick nach vorn richten. Business Partnering: Du bist zentrale:r Sparringspartner:in für den CFO und unterstützt bei M&A, Internationalisierung, strategischen Projekten und Investitionsentscheidungen. Skalierung & Innovation: Du identifizierst Hebel zur Prozessoptimierung, setzt moderne Technologien ein und richtest die Finanzorganisation auf die nächsten Wachstumsstufen aus. Dein Skillset Langjährige Führungserfahrung: 7–10 Jahre im Finanzbereich, davon mehrere Jahre in leitender Funktion mit Ergebnisverantwortung. Weitblick & Fachkompetenz: Tiefes Verständnis von Rechnungslegung, Controlling, Treasury und internationalenLeistungsverrechnungen. Ergebnisorientierte Führung: Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung leistungsfähiger Finance-Teams. Strategische Kommunikation: Souverän im Dialog mit Geschäftsleitung, Investor:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Behörden. System- & Prozessverständnis: Erfahren in der Einführung und Nutzung moderner ERP- und BI-Lösungen. Gestaltungsfreude: Du bist ein:e Gestalter:in, der/die Strukturen hinterfragt, weiterdenkt und wirkungsvolle Veränderungen anstößt.
