Jobbeschreibung Für die Neueröffnung unseres Stores in der Altmarkt-Galerie in Dresden suchen wir ab September 2024 kommunikationsstarke und neugierige Persönlichkeiten, die für ein ganz besonderes Einkaufserlebnis sorgen.

Lakrids by Bülow wurde 2007 von Johan Bülow in Dänemark gegründet und ist eine der einzigartigsten Marken Skandinaviens.

Alle Gourmet Lakritz Spezialitäten aus der eigenen Produktion werden aus natürlichen Zutaten hergestellt und sind heute in den RETAIL STORES und in den besten Food-, Design- und Conceptstores weltweit erhältlich.

Doch das ist erst der Anfang Wir bei Lakrids sind ein großartiges, internationales Team, das zusammen die Welt jeden Tag ein bisschen schwärzer macht.

Stellenanforderungen

Aufgaben:

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Du bist Markenbotschafter*in und begeisterst unsere Kund*innen jeden Tag aufs Neue von unseren einzigartigen Produkten und bist damit maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, unsere Mission weiter voran zu treiben: WE MAKE THE WORLD LOVE LIQUORICE.
  • Be a Storyteller: Eine erstklassige Beratung und ein TOP Kundenservice sind für Dich selbstverständlich. Du machst es Dir zur Aufgabe, unsere Geschichte zu erzählen, um Kund*innen zu Fans werden zu lassen.
  • Operational Excellence: Neben der Beratung bist Du für den exzellenten und reibungslosen Ablauf unserer operativen Prozesse verantwortlich (Visual Merchandising, Kasse, Stock, Inventur, ...).
  • Become a little better every day: Du bist neugierig und gibst Dich nicht mit dem Status Quo zufrieden. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team und dem/der Store Manager*in feilst Du jeden Tag daran, ein Bisschen besser zu werden, um die gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen.
Qualifikation:
  • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Premium- und Lifestylesegment oder Branchen mit hoher Serviceorientierung gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst über einen ausgeprägten Service- und Beratungsanspruch.
  • Du bist immer zuverlässig und stehst zu deinem Wort, denn Teamwork ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent mit Liebe zum Storytelling.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
