For the worldwide scaling of our hunting app "MyHunt"/"Jagdgefährte", our
company Hunter & Companion GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic new
team member to support our Marketing team in scaling our uptake
across Europe and beyond through various marketing and growth hacking
methods.

Are you creative and skilled with graphics/video? This is your chance to
become part of the No. 1 Land and Wildlife Management App in Europe:
"MyHunt“ / "Jagdgefährte". We have created an adaptive and intuitive app
for hunters, which guides you in the field, alleviates paperwork, and
provides you the latest information from your friends, associations, and
the outdoor media.

Our team consists of 14 (and growing) passionate young people,
dedicated to new technologies and sustainable hunting. We work closely
together with the hunting community to develop the best possible app for
hunters and improve conservation across the globe.

Tasks
  • Support the marketing team in the visual creation and preparation of various content pieces, including image&video research, image&video editing, information design, and print data creation.
  • Video and Photo editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects...) for our different channels - this will be a primary focus of your role.
  • Assist the marketing team in the conception and implementation of various communication measures (text, video, audio, graphics).
  • Help manage our day-to-day social channels.
  • Collaborate with leading influencers, content creators, and partners across Europe to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Create reports on marketing performance and search for insights to improve our strategies.
  • Furthermore, you are passionate about learning about international hunting cultures, and generating ideas.
Requirements
  • You are currently enrolled preferably in graphic design or related studies.
  • A creative skill set with some previous experience in video editing is required. The candidate must already be familiar with video editing softwares such as Premiere Pro and After Effects, or other similar tools (e.g., Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve). You will need to independently create both image and video assets to a high standard.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects...) is essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required.
  • The candidate must be based in Munich, where our company is located.
  • You are proactive, possess a strong hands-on mentality, and are eager to get things done.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • Additionally, you are number-driven and know how to optimise performance marketing campaigns, or you are eager to learn.
  • A passion for conservation, hunting, and nature, or the desire to learn more about these topics.
  • Hunting experience or knowledge is a big plus, a minimum is an openness to exploring hunting and wildlife conservation
  • Additional language skills are a plus (especially French or Spanish).
  • You already have some experience in the field of marketing.
  • It is advantageous if MixPanel, Singular, AHRefs (or similar tools), as well as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc., are familiar to you
