Als Project Manager (m/w/d) spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung des Head of Project Planning & Execution und begleiten alle Phasen des Projektlebenszyklus – von der ersten Akquise bis zur abschließenden Dokumentation und dem Projektabschluss.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Pflege des Projektportfolios und der Pipeline sowie die Planung und Umsetzung der gewonnenen Projekte. Sie sorgen für eine effiziente Koordination, Überwachung und Unterstützung und übernehmen federführend wichtige administrative Aufgaben, die zum reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte beitragen.

Aufgabenbereiche:
  • Kooperation mit dem Head of Project Planning & Execution zur Entwicklung und Sicherstellung von Prozessen und Benchmarks für die erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung.
  • Übernahme der Projektkontrolle und Terminplanung, um durch fortlaufende Projektbewertungen, Portfolioanalysen und Abrechnungsprognosen einen aktuellen Überblick über Trends, Risiken und Chancen zu behalten.
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Abgleich des geplanten Fortschritts mit dem tatsächlichen Stand im gesamten Projektportfolio.
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs unter Einhaltung von Kosten- und Zeitvorgaben.
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten von der Auftragserteilung bis zur endgültigen Abnahme.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und zugehörigen Kostenkalkulationen gemäß festgelegten Arbeitsabläufen.
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation.
  • Kommunikation und Informationsaustausch mit anderen beteiligten Abteilungen.
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Sekretariatsbereich oder als Teamassistent/in.
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen und im Umgang mit verschiedenen Software-Tools.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine effektive Kommunikation.
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hervorragendes Organisationstalent mit hoher Stressresistenz.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit einem Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Selbstmotivierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die eigenständig arbeiten kann.
  • Teamorientierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen bei der Aufgabenbewältigung.
