Unser Kunde gehört den führenden Real Estate Finance-Boutiquen in Europa und ist auf unabhängige Beratung und Kapitalbeschaffung für ausgewählte Immobilientransaktionen spezialisiert.

Bestandskunden sind große internationale Private Equity Fonds, institutionelle Immobilieninvestoren, geschlossene Immobilienfonds, Corporates, Asset Manager und Family Offices.

Aufgaben
  • Erstprüfung von eingehenden Finanzierungsanfragen und Businessplänen
  • Erstellung von Cash-Flow Modellen und Finanzierungspräsentationen
  • Vorstellung von Transaktionen gegenüber potentiellen Finanzierungspartnern
  • Akquise von Neukunden sowie Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Research
  • Aktive Erweiterung und Pflege des Netzwerks von Finanzierungspartnern
  • Vorbereitung von und Teilnahme an Kundenterminen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Real Estate, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen (auch in Form von Werkstudenten- oder Praktikantentätigkeiten) im Bereich Real Estate oder Finance
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Anwendungssichere MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel
  • Eine engagierte, detailorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine teamfähige Persönlichkeit
