We’re looking for a Junior / Middle System Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of the company’s entire internal infrastructure. Key responsibilities are end-user support, setting up and configuring workplaces, administration of Microsoft 365 services. We expect that you already have hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, configuration of network equipment. You are communicative, proactive, and ready to help colleagues solve issues both remotely (via chat, calls, tickets) and in person on site. Aufgaben Administration and further development of Microsoft cloud environments. Responsibility for Microsoft Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender) as well as Mobile Device Management Intune and Apple Business Manager. Management of IT infrastructure: Support and optimization of Windows clients (Windows 11), network devices, printers, mobile phones, etc. Prompt resolution of emerging issues. Network and system operation Ensuring network functionality (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN, LAN/WAN). User Support: As a contact person, you support colleagues in the use of standard software and custom-developed applications. Qualifikation Language skills: You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written, and are comfortable working in an international environment. Experience: 1-3+ years of administration, installation and operation of Microsoft based workstations. Administration Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of: Entra ID Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender, Intune), Networks (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Familiar with Apple Business Manager Computer hardware Soft Skills: Team player who helps create a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment Strong communication and collaboration mindset.
