Deine Aufgaben- Kundenfokus in der Produktentwicklung: Du sorgst dafür, dass der Kunde im Mittelpunkt unseres Produktentwicklungsprozesses steht. “Nah am Kunden” ist für dich keine Floskel. Um Einblicke in das Verhalten, die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen der Nutzer zu gewinnen, greifst du auch mal zum Telefonhörer, führst Kundeninterviews und User Tests durch.
- Ideenentwicklung aus Kundenfeedback: Du leitest Ideen für weitere, zu unserem Portfolio passende Produkte aus gesammeltem Kundenfeedback ab und validierst diese direkt mit potenziellen Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass die entwickelten Lösungen marktfähig sind und einen realen Pain-Point adressieren. Dabei nutzt Du Deine Erfahrung im kreativen Umgang mit B2B-Kunden und überwindest Herausforderungen bei der Gewinnung von Feedback-Kunden durch innovative Outreach-Strategien.
- Marktanalyse und Customer Research: Du identifizierst vielversprechende Marktsegmente und analysierst deren Potenziale. Du stellst durch kontinuierliche Markttestung sicher, dass aus einer Idee ein durch den Kunden nutzbares Produkt wird und führst anfangs selbst Vertriebstests durch, um Product-Market-Fit zu beweisen.
- Agiles Arbeiten und Prototyping: Gemäß des agilen Ansatzes gehst Du in kleinen Schritten vor und baust das fertige Produkt aus kleinen Inkrementen auf. Du entwirfst Prototypen mit einem Fokus auf nutzerzentrierte Designprinzipien, um eine exzellente Benutzererfahrung zu gewährleisten.
- Du bist hands-on und hast keine Scheu direkt auf potentielle Kund:innen zuzugehen, um Feedback einzuholen. Ideen begeistern Dich - aber noch mehr begeistert Dich ein für den Kunden nutzbares Feature.
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung (2+ Jahre) als Product Manager:in, Venture Architect:in, Business Analyst:in o.ä. und nachweislichen Kundenkontakt (z.B. im Vertrieb oder in der Marktforschung).
- Du besitzt starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Zudem verfügst Du über eine hohe Eigenmotivation, selbstständiges Denken und Handeln, sowie großes Engagement.
- Messen und das Weiterentwickeln der Produkte auf Basis von KPIs sind dir nicht fremd.
- Das Thema Nachhaltigkeit ist für Dich ein wichtiges Thema.
- Du hast exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da unsere Produkte vorerst nur für den deutschen Markt verfügbar sind und zudem sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
