Aktuell suchen wir nach einem engagierten Projektmanager, für unser Customer Onboarding Team. In dieser Rolle trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Enterprise Kunden mit einem top Loyalty Programm in allen Kanälen schnell starten können. Der erfolgreiche Start des Kunden ist Dein Erfolg

Aufgaben

Planen, überwachen und steuern von Kunden Onboarding Projekten im Bereich SaaS.

  • Führung der Kunden hinsichtlich Zeitplanung, fachliche Konzeption & Anforderungen, Konzeption technischer Architektur, Umsetzung und Einführung.
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit Kunden und internen Teams.
  • Erstellung von Projektzeitplänen und Ressourcenplanung.
  • Überwachung der Projektfortschritte und Einhaltung von Meilensteinen, Qualitätsanforderungen und Budget.
  • Identifizierung und Lösung von Problemen und Risiken im Projektverlauf.
Qualifikation
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im IT Projektmanagement idealerweise in der Einführung von Standardsoftware und SaaS B2B Produkten.
  • Erfahrung und Interesse an der Arbeit mit Marketing- und IT-Fachbereichen.
    (Marketing Automation, Online Shop, BI/Analytics/DWH, Warenwirtschaft, Kasse, Email Marketing, operatives CRM)
  • Kenntnisse in Kundenbindung, -Aktivierung und -Gewinnung als auch Analyse und Optiierung von Kundenprozessen.
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Projektmethoden: sowohl agil (Scrum) in der Produkt- und Softwareentwicklung als auch traditionelles Projektmanagement
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, exzellente schriftliche Kommunikation
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, Englisch fliessend, Spanisch oder Französisch wünschenswert
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in einem anspruchsvollen Kundenumfeld
