Wir unterstützen (Innen-)Architekt:innen vom Projektmanagement über die Produktberatung bis hin zur finalen Realisierung. Unsere Geheimnis? Wir sind eine Plattform mit individuellem Service.Du konzipierst die Räume, wir organisieren den Rest und schaffen Dir somit mehr Raum für Kreativität.
Projekte können jederzeit online bearbeitet, eingesehen und mit allen involvierten Personen geteilt werden. Für Planungsunternehmen entstehen enorme Zeit- und Transparenzvorteile. Erstmals ist es für projektverantwortliche Personen möglich alle Produkte und Dienstleistungen über eine Plattform zu bündeln.
Aufgaben- Du repräsentierst nuucon nach außen und begeisterst unsere Zielgruppe (Architekt:innen, Innenarchitekt:innen und Interior Designer:innen) für die Zusammenarbeit mit uns.
- Du identifizierst neue, langfristige Partner für nuucon und pitchst diesen das Ökosystem von nuucon. Wie Du das machst ist Dir überlassen: Kontakte durch das nuucon Netzwerk, Teilnahme oder Veranstaltung von Events, Weiterempfehlungen, individuelle Ansprachen oder auch gänzlich anders. Du bist der / die Expert:in und weist ganz genau, wie Du mit unserer Zielgruppe in Kontakt trittst.
- Du stellst potenziellen Partnern ausführlich die Leistungsbausteine, unsere Arbeitsweisen, sowie die nuucon Plattform vor.
- Dein Ziel im Austausch mit unseren Partnern ist die Projektanforderungen von Neubau- und Revitalisierungs- Projekten zu erkennen und mit unseren Partnern eine ideale, individuelle Lösung zu entwickeln.
- Du begleitest unsere Partner in der gesamten Umsetzungsphase von Einrichtungsprojekten. Unser gemeinsames Ziel: Wir wollen unseren Partnern ab der Bedarfsermittlung den Rücken freihalten. Wir erleichtern die Realisierung von Einrichtungsprojekten.
- Für unsere Partner bist Du die allererste Anlaufstelle bei nuucon. Dazu gehört, dass Du einen engen Draht aufbaust und präsent bist. Ob digital oder vor Ort - Der persönliche Austausch mit unseren Partnern ist Dir wichtig. Vom Erstkontakt bis hin zum Projektabschluss und darüber hinaus.
- Du pflegst Deine Aktivitäten und Potenziale in unserem CRM-System und bringst Dich ganz aktiv in den internen Austausch ein.
- Du hast starke Kommunikations-Skills und bist kontaktfreudig. Du bist Netzwerker:in und Teamplayer:in.
- Du hast fundierte B2B-Berufserfahrung im Architektur-Umfeld und idealerweise auch im Vertrieb von Technologie / Dienstleistung.
- Dein Studium hast Du in der Architektur / Innenarchitektur oder BWL abgeschlossen.
- Du hast die Fähigkeit Vertrauen aufzubauen und Dich auf die unterschiedlichsten Charaktere einzustellen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert. Du würdest Dich selbst als digital-affin bezeichnen.
- Erfahrungen mit CRM Systemen (z.B. Pipedrive oder Hubspot) sowie Online-Tools (Slack, Notion etc.) sind vorteilhaft für einen schnellen Einstieg.
