Your Role Partner with banks and institutional investors to strengthen and grow strategic relationships Drive the distribution of CRX Markets’ full product offering across the marketplace Support in structuring existing working capital solutions and designing new, innovative financing products Ensure seamless and continuous funding across all customer programs Oversee contract negotiations and management for both client and partner relationships Support corporate sales efforts to enterprise clients Work closely with the Product Development, Legal, and Operations departments Manage and administer SPVs from a Capital Markets perspective Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field First professional experience in a client-facing role within a financial service environment is a plus Proactive, self-driven, and customer-oriented, with a strong team spirit Knowledge of structuring, trade finance, or capital markets is desirable Excellent MS Office skills; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., LSEG, Bloomberg, Power BI) is an advantage Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus Our Offer This position provides the opportunity to be part of a great team in a high-paced FinTech environment.
