At HAGIUS, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead our Membership management initiatives and drive sales targets. As the leader of our sales team, you will be responsible for fostering customer engagement, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales objectives.

Tasks
  • Oversee Membership management and sales operations with precision and efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through personalized engagement strategies.
  • Drive sales performance by setting and exceeding targets.
  • Harness creativity to enhance the sales process and elevate the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within a sales-driven environment.
  • Attentive and service-oriented mindset with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proficient in organization and multitasking, adept at thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective communication skills in both German and English, coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Fosters a collaborative team spirit and demonstrates flexibility in working various shifts.
