Aufgaben

Management anspruchsvoller Gewerbeimmobilien mit kaufmännischer Expertise:

  • Verantwortung für das kaufmännische Management verschiedenster Gewerbeimmobilien mit unterschiedlichen Nutzungsarten.
  • Einbeziehung von Budgetverantwortung, Liquiditätssteuerung und Kostenoptimierung in die Gesamtstrategie.
  • Entwicklung einer umfassenden Strategie zur Werterhaltung und Bestandsoptimierung der Immobilien.
  • Leitung der Vermietungsaktivitäten, einschließlich Nutzung des eigenen Netzwerks für optimale Ergebnisse.
  • Kontrolle des externen Property Managements, um höchste Standards zu gewährleisten.
  • Steuerung und Controlling von Investitionsmaßnahmen im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an Investoren und Banken sowie Erstellung eines jährlichen Businessplans für transparente Kommunikation und strategische Ausrichtung
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Immobilienökonomie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen) sowie gegebenenfalls eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Kaufmann der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft)
  • Umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Asset Management von
    Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Gewerbemarkts sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse im Miet- und Vertragsrecht.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbstständige und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie herausragendes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten, um eine umfassende Betreuung und Steuerung der Immobilienprojekte sicherzustellen.
