Deine Position

Arbeite gemeinsam mit uns daran, das Geschäft rund um die Installation erneuerbarer Technologien zu transformieren. Mit unserer zentralen Softwareplattform optimieren wir den Betrieb von Anlagen am Boden und die Installation auf Dächern, um die Energiewende in Privathaushalten und kleinen Unternehmen weltweit voranzutreiben.

Als Softwareentwickler bei 1KOMMA5° bist du Teil eines unserer funktionsübergreifenden Teams, bestehend aus Frontend- und Backend-Entwicklern, Produktmanagern und UX/UI-Entwicklern. Du trägst dazu bei, ein selbstorganisiertes Tech Team aufzubauen, das für die Entwicklung, den Einsatz und den Betrieb seiner eigenen Lösungen verantwortlich ist.

Unser Tech Stack:
  • Ruby on Rails 7 sowie Postgres für mehrere API-only Applikationen, Testing mit RSpec
  • vue.js / TypeScript für Frontend-Anwendungen, Flutter für mobile Anwendungen
  • Infrastructure as code, deployment in der Google Cloud, observability mit Datadog
  • Google Cloud Tasks und Delayed Job für Hintergrundaufgaben
Dein Profil Deine Aufgaben umfassen u.A.:
  • Die Erweiterung und Pflege von geschäftskritischen Backend-Anwendungen
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Formulierung von umsetzbaren Anforderungen aus komplexen und definierten Geschäftsproblemen
  • Mit deinen Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten bringst du das Team aus selbständigen Softwareentwicklern weiter voran
  • Du förderst unsere Kultur der experimentellen und innovationsorientierten Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams
  • Du trägst zur Verbesserung der “developer experience” durch ständige Optimierung des technischen Aufwands, weitestgehende Automatisierung und Dokumentation von Entscheidungen, sowie Runbooks bei
Was Du mitbringst:
  • Du bringst durch vorherige Projekte bereits Erfahrung im Schreiben von wartbarem, selbst beschreibenden, wiederverwendbarem und testbaren Code in Rails und anderen wichtigen Back-End- oder Full-Stack-Technologien mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Entwerfen und Pflegen von RESTful APIs
  • Zudem bringst Du Erfahrung im Messen und Verbessern der Leistung mit
  • Du hast Interesse oder bereits Erfahrung an der menschen-zentrierten Softwareentwicklung
  • Deine agile und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise sowie die Leidenschaft, deine Teamkollegen zu unterstützen runden dein Profil ab
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/ C2), Deutsch ist ein Plus
  • Wohnsitz in Deutschland vorausgesetzt
