Das bringst Du mit
  • Tatendrang und Lust, auch hands-on in allen People Themen tätig zu werden und dabei Strukturen und Kultur strategisch weiterzuentwickeln
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Bereich Human Resources oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Relevante und extensive Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
  • Umfassendes Verständnis von Diversity & Inclusion sowie Erfahrung in der Förderung einer diversen Arbeitsumgebung
  • Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von HR-Daten und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien und -Programmen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
Aufgabenbereich
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Strategien zur langfristigen Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsgesetzen und -vorschriften sowie anderer relevanter Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Recruiting und Auswahl von Talenten, die die Unternehmenskultur bereichern und Vielfalt fördern
  • Gestaltung von Onboarding- und Weiterbildungsprogrammen, um die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden zu erleichtern und ihre berufliche Entwicklung zu fördern
  • Internes und externes Stakeholder Management zur Personalstrategie
  • Organisation von Development Talks, Leistungsbeurteilungen und Feedbackprozessen
  • Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur durch die Organisation von Teamevents, Zufriedenheitsumfragen und anderen Initiativen zur Stärkung des Teams
