Sie begleiten Unternehmen bei der Umstellung auf SAP S/4HANA und optimieren hybride IT-Umgebungen für maximale Effizienz und Sicherheit.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Ausbau des SAP Security Teams sowie Motivation und Mentoring der Mitarbeiter
  • Abstimmung und Definition von Zielen im Bereich SAP Security und deren Integration in die Unternehmensstrategie
  • Organisation/Delegation von Projekten und Arbeitsaufträgen innerhalb des Teams
  • Verantwortung für Quartalsplanungen, Budgets und Reporting an das Management
  • Entwicklung komplexer Systemarchitekturen (on-premise, Cloud, Hybrid) mit Fokus auf Security
  • Design und Implementierung von Security-Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung der strategischen Ziele der Kunden
Qualifikation
  • Studium in Bereichen: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Technische BWL oder vergleichbar
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP Security Experte, insbesondere in IT-Infrastruktur, SAP-Technologie, S/4HANA und Business Technology Plattform sowie fachliche Führungserfahrung
  • gute Kenntnisse der Beratungs- u. Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • fundiertes Wissen in Konzeption, Design, Umsetzung und Testing von SAP-Berechtigungen (ABAP, JAVA, Fiori, Cloud)
  • SAP-Zertifizierung im Security- oder Berechtigungsumfeld
  • selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
