Über die Rolle

Als Head of Operations übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für unsere internen Abläufe – von Webshop & Logistik über Teamführung bis zur Prozessoptimierung. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser schnell wachsendes Tagesgeschäft reibungslos, skalierbar und datengetrieben läuft.

Aufgaben
  • Du führst operativ Regie. Von Logistik, Einkauf, Fulfillment bis Customer Service – du entwickelst robuste, skalierbare Prozesse.
  • Du ownst unseren Webshop (Shopify) inklusive aller operativen Abläufe, KPIs und Schnittstellen zu Marketing, Produkt & Finance.
  • Du führst das Team. Du leitest unsere Team-Meetings, koordinierst Aufgaben, setzt Prioritäten und motivierst.
  • Du steuerst unsere Dienstleister, verhandelst Konditionen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte immer lieferbar sind durch Bestandsplaung und Forecastings.
  • Du verantwortest unsere Product Launches – von der operativen Planung bis zur Umsetzung mit allen beteiligten Teams.
  • Du bist KPI-Owner. Du baust Dashboards, misst Performance und leitest Verbesserungen datenbasiert ein.
  • Du denkst systemisch. Du automatisierst Workflows, bringst Struktur in komplexe Abläufe und denkst unsere Ops 10x größer.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsrolle, idealerweise im E-Commerce, D2C oder FMCG.
  • Du hast bereits ein Team geleitet – du kannst motivieren, organisieren und moderieren.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Bestandsplanung, Forecasting & Einkauf - Excel-Sheets und Planungstools sind deine Wohlfühlzone.
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in Webshop-Management (z. B. Shopify), idealerweise inkl. Anbindung von Tools & Logistikprozessen.
  • Du liebst Systeme, Prozesse und Klarheit – Organisation ist dein zweiter Vorname.
  • Du bist tech-affin und vertraut mit Tools wie Notion, Slack, Shopify, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, denkst unternehmerisch und willst wirklich Verantwortung für ein schnell wachsendes, 8-stelliges D2C Unternehmen übernehmen.
